IT Technician - This position is for a classified, 260 day employee with benefits.  Starting salary at $40,064 (salary placement based on years of experience) and reports to the District Technology Coordinator. The IT Technician is responsible for administering, monitoring, and planning of the district technology infrastructure. Successful candidate must demonstrate keen understanding of educational processes and the ability to identify, evaluate, and implement programs options, auxiliary services, and curricular materials that support the diverse learning needs of students. They should have the ability to evaluate and resolve routine technical problems and be proficient in computer software languages, applications, tools, database management systems, operating systems, and hardware. Knowledge of state-of-the art, school-related technological infrastructures hardware, and software, applications of technology to classroom; and current trends and issues in education including adult learning styles is also required. The Johnstown-Monroe School District has the following coaching positions open:  Cheerleading, 9th Grade & JV Volleyball, and Asst.
