Culinary Arts II Aide (Bistro) - This is a part-time position, 22.5 hours per week.  Will work with Culinary Lab, Restaurant and as a classroom aide and should possess knowledge of the operations and safety protocols of the Culinary Arts Program.  Resumes may be e-mailed to humanresources@c-tec.edu.

EMIS/Data Coordinator
Johnstown-Monroe School District is seeking an EMIS/Data Coordinator. Duties include:

  • Coordinate EMIS, CSADM, EMAD, ESC, SSID, DASL, ODDEX, and any other database and reporting systems deemed necessary for the District, including data entry and verification, report writing, etc.
  • Compile District data from databases for state and federal reporting and per the direction of the Superintendent and/or Treasurer, as requested.
  • Collect court documents of court placed students and submit necessary forms for reimbursement to ODE throughout the school year and when mandated by ODE
  • Enter District deposits/receipts into USAS accounting system on a daily basis and track receipts from different sources (donation, athletics, fund raisers, etc.)
  • Enter District equipment information into USAS inventory system (EIS), assign tags for new equipment upon purchase, verify annual inventory checklists from staff, and submit reports as necessary for inventory on an annual basis
