A successful transition process is the result of individualized comprehensive planning by the team that is driven by each individual student.
This professional development is intended to inform school leaders (e.g., middle and high school intervention specialists, related service providers, and special education administrators) about their roles and responsibilities in improving postsecondary outcomes for students with disabilities. 
Participants will engage in a variety of topics, such as IEP Transition compliance, Transition Progress Report compliance,  Assessment Tools, Identifying student needs, Using Evidence-Based Practices, Creating transition opportunities throughout the school day, Postsecondary Success Predictor Assessment Tool and much more. 
Cost for this professional development will be $50.00 per participant. 
Lunch will be provided.
