Director of Operations -The purpose of the Operations Director is to assist the Executive Director with the administration, implementation, facilitation, operation, and evaluation of services provided to LACA districts and to provide expertise and leadership for the effective utilization of innovative technologies and related packages.  

Qualifying Experience
1.   Bachelor’s degree in technology, education, and/or equivalent work experience.
2.   Operational management experience with a focus on technical support and help desk environments
3.   Clear vision of the integration of technology in K-12 education.
4.   Good written and verbal communication and organization skills, and must interact well with Executive Director, users, and vendors inspiring confidence from all.
5.   Must be willing to actively engage in the development and improvement   of processes in order to meet and/or exceed the expectations of our               member schools.
6.   Excellent staff and budget management and organizational skills.
7.   Excellent background in the technology and educational fields.

Attendance Officer - The Licking County Educational Service Center is looking to hire a full-time Attendance/Truancy Officer. The Licking County ESC Attendance/Truancy Services are intended to enable student achievement through the reinforcement of Ohio's Compulsory School Attendance Laws while working cooperatively with local service agencies, law enforcement and juvenile courts in Licking County. The successful candidate will work with multiple public school districts in the county. You must be a good communicator and have reliable transportation. Job duties include conducting home visits, taking part in collaborative meetings, competing required paperwork, tracking student attendance, and various other responsibilities. Intervention Specialist - Licking County ESC has an opening for an Elementary Autism Intervention Specialist to work with the counties students with disabilities. The ideal candidate will hold an Ohio Department of Education Intervention Specialist License.

School Psychologist - The Licking County ESC is seeking 2-3 school Psychologists (full or part time) to join our Related Service Team to serve Licking County School Districts.  Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to organize necessary data and testing results for state and federal required regulations, strong writing skills as well as collaboration skills are essential.  An Ohio Department of Education license, a masters of education specialist degree or equivalent, and have passed the Praxis School Psychologist Exam is required.
