Intervention Specialist - We are seeking an Intervention Specialist to work with our ED department at Phoenix Central. Our students have emotional disabilities and require a sensitive and intuitive teacher. The successful candidate will work with small group of high need students. Applicant must hold a current Ohio Licensure as Intervention Specialist. CPI training is a plus but we will provide training if needed. Applicants should be self-motivated, team oriented and be willing to take instruction. Candidate must be able to adjust instruction to meet the needs of our students, write and implement IEPs, document for Progress Reporting, and follow the guidance of our Behavior Specialist with fidelity. Educational Aide - The Licking County ESC has an opening for an Educational Aide to be located at Stevenson Elementary in Heath.  This position will provide support for students social, emotional and behavioral needs.  Individuals will need to complete a BCI+I and FBI background check and be willing to obtain an Educational Aide Certificate from the Ohio Department of Education.  Interested individuals should email a letter of interest and resume to Jennifer McComas, [email protected]  

Student Advocates – The Licking County ESC has two openings for Student Advocates to serve at Tri-Valley Local School through the remainder of the 2019-20 school year.  Applicants must hold a Bachelor Degree but a Master Degree in Counseling or Social Work is preferred.  Interested applicants can send their letter of interest and resume to Todd Woodard at [email protected] or by mail to Todd Woodard, 36 East Muskingum Avenue, Dresden, OH  43821.  

Educational Aide - The Licking County ESC has an immediate opening for an educational aide to be located at Newton Elementary.  This position will require the candidate to work with the Intervention Specialist to provide behavior, coverage and assistance to students in the classroom setting.  Individual must have or be willing to obtain an Educational Aide Permit with ESEA endorsement from the Ohio Department of Education and have satisfactory BCI+I and FBI background checks.  If interested, please send your letter of interest and resume to Dale Lewellen, [email protected].  The position will remain open until filled!

Physical Therapy Assistant - The Licking County ESC is seeking a Physcial Therapy Assistant to join our Related Service Team!  Applicant must have a current Ohio License as well as an Ohio Educator License.  Position to start in the 2019-20 school year. Behavioral Support Team Coordinator - The LCESC is seeking a Behavior Support Team Coordinator.  Must have a current BCBA Certification or similar behavioral support related degree.  Must hold or working towards an administrative license as well as current ODE license. Responsibilities include: Establishing caseloads and workload for staff, completing staff evaluations, support to staff and districts, maintaining referrals, problem solving with staff to maintain high quality service at the most effective cost of services, coordinate with districts to provide services and maintain coordination of the daily operations of the team.  Coordinator will hold a caseload and work in related field as well.
