What is Project SEARCH?
Project SEARCH is a unique business-led, one-year, school-to-work, transition program that takes place entirely at a host business site. This project enables young adults with disabilities to gain and maintain employment through training and career exploration.
Candidate Interns will participate in three rotations year round. The rotations will allow them to gain employability skills, target skills in high need areas, work on building their resume, and much more. Candidate Interns report to their hospital managers, job coaches and teacher through their day.
