We're hiring!!

The Licking County ESC is looking for full-time and part-time positions to join our team:
Speech and language pathologist (CFY supervision available)
Teacher of the Visually Impaired
APE Teacher
Applicants much have an appropriate licensure or endorsement and ODE Licensure by August.

Benefits Include:
  • 7-hour work day for full time
  • Flexible hours for part-time (11-28hr opportunities) 
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel
  • Part of the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program
  • Part of the State Teachers Retirement system
  • 15 sick days, 3 personal days, Holidays, spring break, and Christmas break

Population Options: Gen Ed (k-12)

Collaboratively, we work together to provide high-quality and cost-effective related services to all the programs and school districts we serve.

Our Mission: The related service providers will deliver high-quality and cost-effective related services to meet student, family, teacher, and administrator needs in Licking County and surrounding areas to enhance and improve the educational experience for our students.

The Licking County ESC, Newark City Schools, and the Parent Mentor Project invite you to our fall family resource fair! Newark Area Special Olympics Fall of 2022

Special Olympics contributes to the physical, social and psychological development of athletes with intellectual disabilities and non-profit organizations. Newark Area Special Olympics is proud to offer this program to the community.

Sports such as basketball, track & field, soccer, volleyball, powerlifting, bowling, and bocce are offered. Please get in touch with [email protected] or by the Newark Area Special Olympics Facebook Page for more information and sign-up forms.
