Many, if not most, students have returned to a traditional, in-person learning format. In these times of uncertainty, the Related Service staff is here to provide support in many ways.

It is normal to have feelings of anxiety, uncertainty and stress especially during a time of uncertainty. Mindfulness strategies help students and families cope with these feelings in a healthy way.
